In April 2022, the SanderStrothmann Group established our Asian branch, with Frederick Fong to head our new office in Singapore. Frederick has more than 25 years of experience in the health care industry. He helmed senior management and regional leadership positions in top pharmaceutical MNCs, including Pfizer, Zuellig Pharma and Allergan, before joining SanderStrothmann Asia as a Managing Partner.

In July 2022, Alexa Shee, joined the SanderStrothmann Asia team as Regional Director for Business Partnerships. Alexa brings a wealth of experience with her background in clinical research organizations such as Singapore Clinical Research Institute and Labcorp, as well as leading regional commercial roles in Pierre Fabre and Zuellig Pharma.

The SanderStrothmann Group is a leading CDMO partner for product development in the rapidly expanding markets of beauty, cosmetics, and health care products. Consisting of SanderStrothmann GmbH, SanderStrothmann Asia and Compes Cosmetic GmbH & Co. KG, the Group offers a wide range of products, including tailor-made cosmetics, biocides/repellents, sanitizers, and health/beauty supplements.

SanderStrothmann GmbH was founded in 2000 by Michael Sander and Rene Strothmann, and Compes Cosmetics GmbH was established in 2004. Both entities are located at our joint site in Georgsmarienhuette, Lower Saxony, Germany.

Collectively, the Group’s extensive expertise covers the entire value chain, including market analysis, product development, design and packaging, regulatory compliance, logistics, supply chain management, production and filling, assembly, quality management, and after-sales services, sets it apart as a full-service provider that delivers flexibility, customization, and fast time-to-market. The “Made in Germany” quality proposition is especially appealing in the rapidly growing Asian market.

The Group employs a total of approximately 160 staffs and operates certified high-tech laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment.
