The Society of Cosmetic Scientists, Singapore (SCSS) is a member of the International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists (IFSCC). This non-profit organization aims to promote the advancement of cosmetic science for its members’ professional growth and development. It promotes high ethical standards, maintains close contact with relevant authorities, academies, research institutions, consumer organizations, and fosters good relationships with similar associations here and abroad.

The Society of Cosmetic Scientists, Singapore (SCSS) also supports future cosmetic scientists and chemists through an annual disbursement of the SCSS bursary to deserving students enrolled in a diploma programme related to cosmetic science, in their pursuit of academic excellence. The vision of SCSS is to promote the advancement of science in cosmetics, toiletries & perfumery and develop the professional knowledge of our members, and support the growth of the cosmetic industry in Asia.
